Twin Death

Script

Volume One

The Organization, one bone chilling word to the people who know who they are. They created a powerful humanoid, not man nor beast and named it Death they planned to control it, but the plan backfired and the humanoid gained a mind of its own. He started visiting the other dimensions and judging people on earth one of the dimensions he visited he learned that he can tell when people on earth and other dimensions will die but he also learned that some people slip the rule and don't die. He started to enforce the rules on earth taking the life's of the ones who were supposed to die. The organization didn't really accept this but they came up with an idea to pick a human to succeed him, they would have to kill death then they would be able to control the new Death, but the problem is that death never died the commotion started something new, a school to train people to succeed Death every year the school would choose about one hundred and fifty kids at the age of about thirteen or fourteen years of age. Of those kids only about a hundred kids got in the school. This year is different, this year the organization is rising slowly.

(Flashback-Noah)

Noah wakes up lying on the ground, he looks around and see's that everything has frozen in place, he see's people walking through the parking lot-frozen-and people about drink coffee all while Noah try's to figure out where he is, he shakes his head in confusion. Then sees a figure dressed in a black robe looking at him. Noah then realizes that a girl is lying next to him, she has hair that is jet black, is wearing a plain black sweater with black skinny jeans ripped at the knees, and she is out cold. The figure in the black hood-that looks a little used and torn up-removes his hood and shows his face to Noah, his face is old with age and he looks like he's about to pass out right there on the spot.

"You have been chosen to succeed death," he says as though it has been said a million times. "You will attend a school that trains you in the ways of D.E.A.T.H.; this school is for special-"

"Wait! What about the girl" Noah interrupts motioning to the girl still out cold on the floor." Where am I, Why is everyone and thing frozen in place? What just happened? What if I don't want to be death? Can you answer all of my questions?"

" Man some of these kids today..." the old man grumbled but still said it loud enough for Noah to hear. "Well, as for your multitude of questions...the girl will wake soon enough,hopfully she won't be as much trouble as you, and I will tell her what I am telling you now...you are still on earth but I have merely frozen time..and your other questions well, you might not even become death or the other one and I really don't care about your other questions enough to answer them, so I will see you at school" he smiled held his hand up and laughed next thing Noah is in some closet.

When Noah comes out he sees a sign that says "Office" and an arrow that points left so he follows it and ends up meeting two tough looking guys in the hall. Both of the kids looked identical to each other except that they were wearing different colors one had blue and black hair with bandages all over him exactly like his twin but his twin wore orange, making him look like a deadly orange.

"Hi, were the welcoming comitie for the school" the blue one said smiling-not convincingly at all- Noah decided he'll call him T1 and the other T2 since they haven't said their names yet. They said they would show him around but somehow this conversation ended up with Noah hanging over the side of the school that's surprisingly five stories high-only from the outside of it it looked a lot smaller and more like a school- being tortured by T1 and T2.

"Guys guys can't we put all this behind us and start over, maybe like the "welcoming comitie" your suppose to be you can show me where my classes are" Noah said with blood rushing to his head, then he passed out.

Noah woke up and he was in an room with about a hundred beds that were empty he looked around and saw no one right when he was about to get up and leave when a lady in a white nurse outfit popped out of nowhere.

"Not leaving so soon are you?" she looked like she was on something, she wore a fake smile that was over the top and bright blonde hair that looked like she just got one thousand volts through her hair and just walked off perfectly fine. "Not even the first day and already in the informatory, man this is going to be a tough year for you I can already see that." She laid him back in the bed and gave him a pill, he fell asleep instantly.

Chapter Break

Things for Desiree didn't go so badly, she had just come out of the closet when a nerdy looking kid was walking down the hall and see's her. He walks up and introduces himself as Takari. Then says that they have most of the same classes as each other and he can show her around if she wants. She says ok and they go off toward their first class, Takari says that there class is Beginners Shadow Shifting. They ended up in a medium sized classroom with about five kids looking bored out of their minds sitting in their chairs stooped doodling little pictures on paper, but no teacher nowhere to be seen, just as she sat down in a desk at the back of the class a tall looking man with slouched shoulders looking as though he just got mugged in an alley came in. He sat at the desk at the front and plopped in his chair with a sigh, he told them quiet down. Most of the period they didn't do anything but then Desiree got mad.

"Aren't we going to actually learn something, I mean isn't this a school so can we actually learn something like this is Beginners Shadow Shifting isn't it, so can we learn something about shadows or something!" she hadn't noticed that her voice was raising so high, high enough to be a scream.

"Well miss-" he pauses while checking the list for her name "miss Arai, most of the freshman dont have what it takes to bend shadows or even attempt to do it so I ask you to take your seat miss Arai." his face was red as he sat down, like this was the first person that had wondered why they weren't doing anything, I guess everyone else was just happy they weren't in a real school where they had to do work.

"Well why don't you give some of the kids a chance and maybe they'll surprise you" she said still standing at her seat.

"Ok then miss Arai will you show the class up at the front how to do this, the first lesson in "sophomore" year book.

"Wha-, that's no fair that is in sophomore year book we haven't even done freshman year yet." Then she finally noticed that everyone in the class was staring at her. "Fine I'll try it," she said mad with anger, she went to the front of the class and asked what to do but the teacher just handed her a text book with a shadowy figure on the cover she turned to the first lesson and read in her mind what it said "Taking Shape-Shadow Animals, this will cover being able to shift the shadow to be able to become your shadow animal and use those attributes to your advantage.

(It then shows Noah at the back of the class)   
Noah finally looked up from his slumber, he was in a class, a girl was at the front of the class and was reading out of a book. Then out of know here shadows started to swell around her and the shadows took a form of a giant monster but he couldn't describe what it was like a shadow tiger maybe? The shadow beast went wild and jumped straight through the window that wasn't even open it went out into an arena that he didn't notice before; before he knew it half the school was outside in the arena. The monster was in the middle of the crowd and about ten adults surrounded the beast which he guessed were some of the teachers of the school, they were carrying wicked weapons; they surrounded the beast and attacked all at once. Some slicing and some using something that looks like shadows but it was thicker than the shadow on the beast. The beast disappeared as the shadows stopped shifting around her and the girl laid motionless on the ground.

After that they went to second period. The teacher was about a half-an-hour late the whole time Noah just stared at the clock till finally she showed up. Noah had that class with that one girl but the teacher explained that they took her to the infirmary to heal and that that's where she was coming from. There second period was History but not regular history it was "History of Death" and the first lesson is the "The Domain of Death." The teacher gave them a beginning lecture and told them to take notes but most of the kids ignored her, except for a nerdy looking kid that sat in the front.

"Death has about four different dimensions that he controls but there class was learning about one in particular called the Chiyoko Dimension were he can see into the other dimensions. Watch the real world (earth) and its people he can also observe his other dimensions that you will not be learning about until later when your jr.'s"    

That was all she said before the bell rang like an old grandpa clock, Noah looked at his schedule and saw next was something called The Test that was in the arena, that was the second time he saw the girl that turned into a shadow monster, she was walking behind him into the arena Noah looked back at her and she smiled.

Chapter Break

The last thing that Desiree remembered was that she was running toward the arena like some mad beast but then she was encircled by a lot of people than nothing, just darkness. After she got out of the infirmary she met Takari but he looked spooked and he said they have to take The Test and when he said that he shivered and walked off, Desiree followed him to the arena. But she was wondering what this whole Test thing was. A girl stood on the podium in front of everyone in the arena.

"Freshman, these next few hours will decide what electives and other classes you will take in these next few years, some of you will not leave the arena alive but it is part of destiny, so I say let the tests begin!"

Desiree noticed armed guards steps from behind these granite pillars and piled in at the middle of the arena in the middle of the guards were about twenty older looking kids, probably upper classman here too observe "The Test" but the girl at the podium said that these are the people that they will fight. The whole crowd seemed scared out of their mind but the worst was Takari, he passed out right there on the spot. Even worse the girl called h is name and said he was first to be tested, the guards came out of nowhere and grabbed him. Desiree chased after the guards carrying him down to the arena. He was put in the middle of the arena and given a thick sword that he could barely hold up.

Noah saw that the nerdy kid he saw in class he was in the middle of the arena and the two kids that were the "welcoming comitie" coming out of the other side of the arena. The girl at the podium introduced them as Kenta (Blue) and Hikari (Orange). One had a huge sword with what looked like lightning in the middle and the other had a chain with a deadly looking blade at the end of it. They were going to put that kid up against those two were they crazy, and what was that, the girl was running to help him but she was being held off by some guards, she hit up the side of the head and ran the kids side. Whatever was happening he was going to help out he jumped over the wall and ran over to them.

"Hey, you guys need some help" he said to them but they both looked scared of the other kids coming toward them, "don't worry we can take them I've met them before there sissy's," but on the inside he was a little scared to. The two other students rushed at them with their weapons held high. The one in the blue swung at Noah with his huge sword, but he put his foot on the blade and flung himself up into the air, then planted his foot into Kenta's face, he fell backward, they exchanged blows for a couple minutes and were getting tired. Desiree and Takari were trying to dodge Hikari's chain blade but were getting cut up in the process. Finally Desiree did an awkward sweep kick and knocked him down to but that just made them angrier, once they got up they backed up and their weapons began to glow and Kenta shot lightning from the tip of his blade right at Noah. Noah jumped to late and it blasted him about ten feet. He tried getting up but he couldn't stand. Hikari's chain blade started to glow but they realized it was on fire he swept it around and said "Advan-" but got cut off when someone yelled "STOP!" really loud.

Chapter Break

"That's enough I told you no advanced techniques on the freshman, I'm in charge while my mom's not here now get back to the stands!" they looked around and realized it was the girl at the podium who said it, her voice raising with each word she said."Geez, running this place is harder than I thought" she looked over to the beat up group and smiled.

Noah, Desiree, and Takari walked out of the arena together, banged up and bruised they walked to the grass outside the school and plopped down on it.

"So I got to new friends then huh, I guess this isn't such a bad day after all, I mean it is a pretty bad day with all the me almost getting killed an all, but still it's pretty good day, pretty good in deed." said Takari when they sat down, "you can call me Taka if you want."

"Um, no" Desiree

"Ya, I guess we'll all start hanging out and I'll have a three headed dog named Jiro that I'll love forever and forever." Noah said with smirk.

"Stop being mean to him he's...alright" Desiree said trying to defend him but failing hopelessly.
...
"I'm sorry about that, what with the whole two against one, my mom set up the Test and I'm just filling in for her while she's umm...well I'm filling in for her until she's back. So again I'm terribly sorry about that." It was the girl that was announcing the one that was on the podium in the arena.

"So you're not the one who put Takari up against those guys?" they all said to the girl looking questioning.

"No my mom did but she's been acting a little strange lately like there's something wrong with her and then that strange trip to...only god knows were" the girl said with a far off expression.

"And who exactly is your mom?" Noah asked

"Oh, you guys don't know, well my moms the headmaster of the school and one of the founders of it, see there are about thirteen founders and my mom's one of the leaders of the school."

"I arranged it so you guys take your test later since what happened."

"Oh, by the way my name is Maya" she said with a smile and plopped down beside them.
